Summary:
Responsible for providing resident related care and ancillary services in accordance with the Regency Care quality standards under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
Routine floor duties may include:
Answering call lights Making resident beds Transporting residents in wheelchairs to meals, activity programs or meetings Providing ice water or beverages to residents Assist with delivering meals to resident rooms and dining rooms Monitoring resident behaviors as needed and reporting incidents to management Other tasks that are deemed appropriate by the nurse supervisor Requirements:
Ability to communicate with residents and staff Ability to follow direction and to complete assigned tasks.
Works with elderly residents, families, and other staff.
